Community Mediation

Civil/Commercial and Workplace/Employment mediation 

In order to give parties to a dispute of a value under £50,000 the option to employ our mediator(s) at a reasonable rate, we have signed up to the Fixed Fee Mediation Scheme.  The fees for this service are set out below.

£5,000 or less*        £75 + VAT                1 hour – telephone/video mediation only

 £5,000 or less*        £125 + VAT                2 hours – telephone/video mediation 

£5,000 to £15,000* £320 + VAT                   3 hours 

£15,000 – £50,000 £445 + VAT                4 hours

 Each additional hour is charged at £100+ VAT per party 

Both parties will need to agree to mediate and it is helpful to have agreed on this before you contact us.
